Great location, easy access to main town, quiet and away from tourists. Lovely cafe downstairs. Underfloor heating in bathroom.

Felt like being home, no complaints at all.

Spacious apartment with excellent facilities. Provided extras like towels, toiletries, and hairdryer. Friendly staff and overall great stay. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, lots of storage space. Big flat TV screen with Apple TV features. Nice location, quiet at night, with dining options nearby. Cleaning service daily. Modern and comfy place with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Convenient and central location, close to the historical city center. Helpful staff, especially Josef, who provided excellent service and assistance with all our queries. Great value for money, offering a reasonable price for the quality of the accommodation.

our second stay in prague was even better than the first! this time, we chose to stay at james hotel & apartments. the spacious and clean apartment, with its kitchen corner and small balconies, was just perfect for our family. the excellent location in mala strana, just a few minutes walk from charles bridge, made exploring the city easy. the helpful and kind receptionist made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Prague. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center but in a quiet area. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The hotel offered a range of services such as laundry, airport shuttle, and tours assistance, which made my stay even more convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful garden with cozy garden furniture, where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.

We stayed at this hotel for a family trip and it was perfect. The location is great, close to Charles Bridge but away from the busy tourist area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient Mini Market for any necessities. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was huge. The hotel also offers car parking, which is a bonus. a clean and spacious place with impressive architectural details.

Wow! Just returned from a stay at James Hotel & Apartments and we were blown away. The room was incredibly spacious, with a massive "super king sized" bed that was so comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the shower was fantastic. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the old town and the funicular railway up to Petrin Hill right across the road. The bistro at the front of the residence served delicious food and drink. I highly recommend this hotel for its high standard of renovation and excellent amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Prague and I must say, I got great value for my money. The room was spacious and had a great view of Pitrin Hill. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff treated us very well.

The morning meal could have been better.

The apartment was spacious and had two bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends. It was also conveniently located near the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the parking system was practical and hassle-free.

the pillows were incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable, and we had to ask for extra pillows which were just as bad.

The cleaning service was not up to par. There were some dusty shelves and a lack of thorough vacuuming during our stay.
